Who is it for?

Our Hip & Knee Longevity Program is aimed to help you build your strength, functional mobility and confidence for the long-run.

The program is designed for those limited by hip or knee osteoarthritis, whether you are wanting to get back into activity, avoid surgery, prepare for surgery or rebuild strength following surgery.

Our sustainable, ongoing care framework

Movement Independence

We equip you with the knowledge and confidence of the movements and exercises needed to keep your joints moving safely on your own terms.

Community & Lifestyle Protection

Our ultimate goal is your long-term freedom. We ensure your joints remain strong and resilient enough so you never have to sit on the sidelines of the active Gold Coast lifestyle you love.

What does it include?

Assessment & Induction

The program begins with an assessment to identify your current baseline of medical health, strength and mobility, appropriateness of exercises and lifestyle goals.

Outcome testing

Following the course of exercise classes, your baseline strength and mobility measures will be re-tested, to see your overall progression and outcomes, as well as identifying any areas of ongoing work required.

Group Exercise Classes

Every person will receive a personalised exercise program and is inducted into a supervised, small group exercise classes, twice weekly for an option of 6 or 12 weeks.

Progress check-ins

The program also incorporates regular check-ins at 2-weeks, 6-weeks, 12-weeks (if participating for 12 weeks), 6-months and 9-months. This is to ensure the program is suitable for you throughout and so that you are looked after, even after the completion of the program.
