In-person Classes

By booking into a class, you automatically agree to the below Terms & Conditions.

Definitions

• Class Pack means a 12-class pack for use at the Participating Practice.
• Clients means new and existing patients of Ortho & Arthritis Solutions.

Bookings & Attendance

• Class Packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Please be aware that class availability operates on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid disappointment, classes can be booked up to 12 weeks in advance.
• If you have not pre-booked into a class, please call the clinic ahead of time to confirm availability and ensure the session is taking place.
• Practitioners reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for clinical or safety reasons at their absolute discretion. Practitioners also reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not possess the required medical clearance.
• We strictly ask patients to arrive precisely at their scheduled appointment or class start time.

Payment

• To book into a class, you must either have pre-purchased class credits in your account or settle the payment at the time of booking.
• Class Packs will strictly expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Payment must be made upon or prior to attendance—no exceptions will be made.
• Classes are non-transferable to another individual and cannot, under any circumstances, be shared or used by another person. If someone other than the registered individual arrives to attend the session, they will be turned away or asked to purchase their own class credits.

Cancellations

At Ortho & Arthritis Solutions, our clinical class sizes are kept small to ensure personalised care and fill quickly. All clients must adhere to our strict Cancellation Policy:

• We request that all cancellations be made more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled class start time.
• If you cancel within 12 hours of your class, you will forfeit that class credit/fee. We understand that unforeseeable circumstances arise, but to remain strict, fair, and consistent with all clients, no exceptions will be made.
• Practitioners and class schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
• Ortho & Arthritis Solutions reserves the right to cancel classes if necessary due to unforeseen operational constraints.

Client Code of Conduct

While inside the practice, you explicitly agree to:

1. Use all specialised clinical and fitness equipment with care and strictly as instructed by the Practitioner
2. Respect and follow the medical and movement directions of the Practitioner at all times
3. Not disrupt the class or compromise the safety of the clinical environment in any way
4. Remain respectful and courteous to other clients in the class as well as the attending practitioner.

Ortho & Arthritis Solutions retains the absolute right to remove you from a class and restrict you from returning to the practice if, in our opinion, you breach the code of conduct. In this event, you will be refunded the remaining balance of any unused class credits.

Age Limits & Child Policy

You must be at least 16 years of age to attend our group classes. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted inside our practice spaces unless directly accompanied by an adult who is not currently participating in an active class.

Communicable Diseases

If you have contracted a communicable disease, please ensure you have obtained official clearance in writing from your primary care doctor before attending your next class. This policy is strictly enforced for the medical safety and well-being of all our clinical clients, staff, and visitors.

Animal Policy

No animals are permitted inside the practice at any time unless formal medical documentation is provided identifying them as a certified service animal. Ortho & Arthritis Solutions retains the right to ask you to leave the premises if you bring an uncertified animal into the clinic.

Participant Waiver and Release

You acknowledge that you have enrolled in a personalised health, rehabilitation, and fitness program offered by Ortho & Arthritis Solutions. You understand that this program may include physical activities such as muscle strength and endurance training, joint mobility work, cardiovascular conditioning, and various other clinical fitness exercises. You may also participate in group classes or utilize our dedicated gym facilities.

Voluntary Participation

Your participation in any class, assessment, or training session is entirely voluntary. You are under no obligation to perform or continue any exercise you feel uncomfortable with, and you may stop at any time. If you experience light-headedness, dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or acute joint discomfort, you must stop immediately and notify your clinical instructor.

Assumption Of Risk

You explicitly acknowledge that physical training and musculoskeletal rehabilitation involve inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Falls resulting in serious injury or death.
• Injuries caused by your own physical limitations, negligence, or that of others.
• Equipment misuse, adjustments, or mechanical failure.
• Strains, sprains, muscle tears, ligament damage, broken bones, or heat exhaustion.
• Structural injuries to the spine, back, knees, hips, or feet.
• Psychological stress, trauma, or exertion anxiety.
• Other unforeseen medical events or severe health issues, including death.

You understand and accept full responsibility for these risks, whether currently known or unknown.

Medical Disclosure

You agree to fully disclose to Ortho & Arthritis Solutions all relevant medical conditions, past or current injuries, surgeries, physical disabilities, or other health factors that could impact your ability to exercise safely. If you are pregnant or in a postnatal period, you formally confirm that you have been medically cleared by your physician for low- to moderate-intensity supervised exercise and possess no clinical contraindications to participation.

Release of Liability

In consideration for being permitted to participate in this program and utilise the facilities of Ortho & Arthritis Solutions, you hereby release Ortho & Arthritis Solutions, its medical directors, staff, clinical instructors, agents, volunteers, and independent contractors from any and all claims, demands, or legal causes of action arising directly or indirectly from your participation. You and your legal heirs agree never to hold Ortho & Arthritis Solutions legally responsible for any physical injury, financial loss, property damage, or death resulting from your involvement.

Emergency Medical Care

You authorise the staff of Ortho & Arthritis Solutions to seek emergency medical assistance or ambulance transport on your behalf if clinically required. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for any medical or transportation costs incurred.

Personal Belongings

You acknowledge that Ortho & Arthritis Solutions is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings. If you experience a theft or loss on the premises, please report it immediately to a staff member so we can assist where possible.

Ongoing Agreement

This waiver applies continuously to all present and future participation in Ortho & Arthritis Solutions programs, classes, and overall facility use. If any part of this legal agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining sections shall remain in full force and effect.

By booking and participating, you confirm you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all terms outlined above.

Intellectual Property

• All content, photography, instructional videos, and digital materials hosted on our official website, ap or corporate social media channels remain the exclusive property of Ortho & Arthritis Solutions.
• All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents, and associated intellectual property rights (whether registered or unregistered) belong solely to us.
• You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, copying, sharing, recording, selling, or dealing with any of our clinical or instructional materials without our express, prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

You agree to fully indemnify and hold Ortho & Arthritis Solutions harmless from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise directly from your use or misuse of our digital platforms, third-party software providers, website, or your breach of these terms and conditions.

Policy Review Statement

This policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure it accurately reflects the current clinical processes, operational procedures, and legislative requirements of Ortho & Arthritis Solutions.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time at our sole discretion. All modifications will become effective immediately upon being posted to our website. Please review this document periodically. Significant policy updates will be highlighted on our digital noticeboards or communicated at the practice. Continued use of our clinical services constitutes your explicit acceptance of the updated policy terms.
